Narendranath Datta, who came to be called as Swami Vivekananda was a great Indian Hindu Monk. He was a teacher of Vedanta philosophy, and one of the most famous and influential spiritual leaders of Hinduism. He was the one who introduced the philosophies of Vedanta and yoga to the western world. He is best know for his speech which started with the word "sisters and brothers of America..." .
